- Stabilized Real Estate Assets: High occupancy and high demand industrial, office, multi-family and retail properties.
- Value-Add Real Estate Assets: Distressed, mismanaged and properties suitable for repositioning within the marketplace.
- Size: ALC Partners can make quick offers and rapid closings on properties $1MM to $15MM, but would consider all properties on a case by case basis.
