ALC Partners is seeking to acquire commercial development land and income producing real estate assets.
We invite brokers to present us with land or existing buildings which meet the following criteria:
- Strong Demographics: Focusing on San Antonio but would consider all Texas markets.
- Stabilized Real Estate Assets: High occupancy and high demand industrial, office, multi-family and retail properties.
- Value-Add Real Estate Assets: Distressed, mismanaged and properties suitable for repositioning within the marketplace.
- Size: ALC Partners can make quick offers and rapid closings on properties $1MM to $15MM, but would consider all properties on a case by case basis.

Description: ALC Partners closed on this 12,000 sq. ft. facility in August of 2008. The tenant signed a 16 year NNN lease with favorable rent bumps. The property is located in the appreciating South Texas Medical Center, providing for a stable long term asset for our investors.
